When a track reviewer logs into START, the options he has are precisely those which the Track Manager decides to make available. The configuration alternatives are identical to those at the PC-level (set by the conference manager). However, the information exposed will only refer to submissions in the track. Also, the track configuration will not affect other activities in your START server. Rather, each track can be configured separately, with its own policy settings. These can range from very restrictive (in which a reviewer can only see papers he/she is assigned to review, and is not privy to other review information) to very loose (in which the track is organized as a mini-PC, and the track members help make decisions on the submissions, etc.). For the variety of options available, please refer to the section on PC policies (since the track-wise policy alternatives are identical).
